Overview
The CasaTunes Lutron integration allows customers to use various Lutron keypads and devices to control CasaTunes.
In particular, you can use Lutron’s Audio PICO controllers, which are specifically designed for audio control, to control your CasaTunes system. These controllers are small, simple to use, cost effective, and with a 10-year typical battery charge are virtually maintenance free.
The Lutron Audio PICO controllers are portable controllers, and with optional accessories, can be mounted in any location, including a desktop pedestal.
Using the CasaTunesX App, you can assign CasaTunes Actions to each button. Each button can be programmed with a short and/or long press action (aka as press & release and press & hold, respectively). For express configuration, you simply assign the room you want the Audio PICO controller to control, and CasaTunes automatically programs the actions for each button on the Lutron Audio PICO controller for you.

The Lutron Audio PICO controllers are available in either black or white.
CasaTunes works with various Lutron lighting systems, including Lutron Caséta, RadioRA2 Select, Radio RA2 and HomeWorks QS.
Prerequisites
Depending on the lighting system you are using, CasaTunes requires the following hub, repeater or processor be installed:
- CasaTunLutron Caséta: Lutron Smart Hub PRO (L-BDGPRO2-WH)es v5.00.190910 or later
- RadioRA2 Select: RadioRA2 Select Main Repeater (RR-SEL-REP2)
- RadioRA 2: RadioRA2 Main Repeater (RR-MAIN-REP)
- HomeWorks QS: HomeWorks QS processor
Lutron Setup
Setup your Audio PICO controllers (and other keypads) per the manufacturer's instructions. You can also assign CasaTunes Actions to Lutron Time Clock Events (i.e. scheduled events) when using a RadioRA2 or HomeWorks lighting system.
For RadioRA2 and HomeWorks systems you will need to add a telnet login account for exclusive use by CasaTunes.
For Caséta and RadioRA2 Select systems you must enable telnet support in the Lutron App.
When the keypad is off, if the keypad does not display the time of day, then the keypad is not setup correctly. Check the keypad is plugged into the USB6 Keypad Hub, and verify the USB6 Keypad Hub is connected to your music server. Next, unplug the keypad and plug it back in to the Hub, and if that does not work, try unplugging and plugging back in the USB6 Keypad Hub. If you still do not see the time of day, please contact CasaTunes Support.
