- Most orders placed before 3PM EST will ship the same business day.
- If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock", the order will be shipped within 24-72 hours from the time the order is placed.
- Orders may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.
- Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from the date of receiving any merchandise.
- Shipping Time is calculated in business days, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
All non-defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return:
- You must contact our offices within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
- You must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To get an RMA number please contact CasaTunes at 1.888.855.2272 ext 2, or email Support@CasaTunes.com.
- All returns must be post-marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the RMA number. Packages not post-marked within 5 business days of RMA issue date may be rejected.
- Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in any manner.
- All returned merchandise must be in the original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
