- One-click fixes: Restart CasaTunes, reboot the server, update CasaTunes software, or turn off all roomsremotely.
- Dealer-only notes: Store Customer Notes (contact details, setup info, network/music service credentials, etc.). Notes are visible only to you—never to the customer.
How Enrollment Works
- Sign up at manage.casatunes.com—you’ll receive a unique CasaTunes Manager ID.
- Send instructions directly from your dashboard. With one click, email the customer a step-by-step guide to assign their system to you in the CasaTunesX App.
- The customer, on site, authorizes access in the CasaTunesX App using your Manager ID.
- The system appears in your dashboard and you can begin monitoring and support immediately.
Security & control: Only the customer—physically at home—can grant management access. And at any time, either party can un-assign management: the customer via the CasaTunesX App, or the dealer from the CasaTunes Manager dashboard.
Keep Your Contact Info Front and Center
On first sign-in, complete your dealer profile (company name, phone, email, etc.). Your managed customers will see this in their CasaTunesX App, giving them a direct line to you. Update it once, and every customer you manage has your latest details.
