In System Mode, CasaTunes server connects to any amplifier, and with the addition of speakers and optional keypads, provides a complete multi-room audio system. In System Controller Mode, the CT-1 and CT-2 provide one or two streams of music and seamless control of many popular third-party audio distribution systems from Audio Authority, Channel Vision, Leviton, Knoll, NuVo, RTI, Russound and SpeakerCraft. Finally, when configured in Multi-Stream Player Mode, CasaTunes provides full integration with popular home automation systems such as Control4, RTI, URC and KeyDigital Compass Control, where the dealer just requires independent music streams. CasaTunes QuickSync quickly discovers, indexes and plays networked music residing on any PC, Mac or storage device. CasaTunes Air enables streaming of any music service from the native app on any iPhone or iPad. There is no need to learn a new way to play music.
With CasaTunes on the CT-1 and CT-2, homeowners can listen to a music collection stored on networked Macs and PCs, as well as listen to various popular Internet radio and music services, including Hi-Fi quality music services. Listening to music is as simple as choosing the room and then browsing or searching songs by album, artist, genre, or playlist. When setup in System or System Controller Modes schedules can even be created for falling asleep or waking up to a favorite playlist.
