wont complete hardware initialization

Hi,

My casatunes service does not get past the ‘completed hardware initialization’ after restarting service.
it builds both the itunes and media center librarys fine, an old playlist even starts to play a song (this has stopped now as i left the system on for a few days to see if it would get past where it gets stuck) but both the media center page for casatunes a.net 3.5nd the ipad app will not show the normal menus.

PC is running Vista

The problems seemed to start after some windows updates but i cant be sure, the last listed updates in the update history are .Net items, i have tried to repair .net 3.5 but this did not resolve

Any ideas?

** i am also running nuvo grand concerto with nuvonet adapter, all worked fine previously

Please try reinstalling CasaTunes and rebooting your system.

Hi,

i have been out of town for the last few weeks and have only just returned
Casatunes is now loading completly but it is taking a lot longer than normal to load
+ i am experiencing issues when using the ipad app, some buttons do not work while others do work and the app is constantly trying to load

Do you have any ideas what may be causing the bad performance?

Hi JT,

If we set up a time we can use Skype.  We are on the Mountain Standard Time Zone.  I believe it is GMT -6.  We are in the office from 9am to 5pm.  Please let me know what time and date works for you.

Hi,

The timezone different makes this a little difficult, may i know what you would like to discuss? or do you plan to use remote desktop?
the the later i can log in remotely and answer your call
