Hi, tried installing on a PC with Win7 RTM.  Seemed to install ok, but the service won’t start.  I run Casatunes Setup, it launches and prompts: “the casatunes service must be running in order to run setup.  Do you want to start the casatunes windows service now?”  - so I click ‘okay’.  Then, another alert “casatunes service error: cannot start service CasaTunesSvc on computer ‘.’.”

I’m sure it’s an update you’re working on - just checking as to when as we need to test prior to full Win7 release.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with Win 7. We have tested with the Release Candidate with no problems.
Are you using XLi or XLe hardware? Any details you can give us will help us troubleshoot the problem.

It appeared to be a bad install of CasaTunes. Reinstalling CasaTunes fixed the problem.
This was a 64 bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate and CasaTunes is running fine with it.
