CasaTunes leverages the Windows Media Player or Media Center music library to locate all the music installed on your machine.
So the first thing to check is whether you can view your music in Windows Media Player or Media Center. If you cannot, then you will need to import your music into your Windows Media Player or Media Ceneter library.
If you can view your music in Windows Media Player, but you cannot view this same music in CasaTunes, then most likely you are using a different user account for the CasaTunes Windows Service. Since Windows Media Player (and Media Center) are configured on a per user account basis, meaning that each user on the machine will have their own Windows Media Player library, if you are not running the CasaTunes Windows service using the same user account credentials that you use to setup Windows Media Player, CasaTunes will not be able to display your music.
To correct this issue, you can either:
1. Change the CasaTunes Windows Service logon information (recommended)
2. Log in to your machine using the user account information you provided when you installed the CasaTunes Windows Service and re-add your music to Windows Media Player using the correct user account
