Hi, me again I managed to get casatunes installed and running sort of. The system is talking to my russound able to adjust the tuner etc. however I am unable to get any files to show up in the library for the casatunes player. I am sure there is some easy solution, is it a directory path to specify or something. Also the queue screen in my browser has a yellow exclamation mark in the bottom left…indicating maybe the page doesn’t load properly? Any ideas?
cheers
TM

Hi, it appears the installation failed to successfully register a Windows component.  It appears the HTTP handler for servicing *.svc files in IIS was not setup (if you do not know what this means, that’s OK!).  Please call us and we can ‘remote in’ to fix this.  Re-installing CasaTunes is unlikely to fix this issue.

Hi Chris,
Sorry for the delay.
This can be complex and does not happen to many of our customers, hence the request to call in.

If you would like to try trouble-shooting the problem, please try this:

Go to Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
Click on Turn Windows Features On or Off on the left side of the Control Panel.
Click on the plus sign to expand the “Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1” entry.
Check the “Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation” checkbox.
Hit OK and let it do its thing.

Please let us know your results and we apologize for the problem!!
