It should work.  Have you enabled iPod devices in setup?

In setup->music services->Enabled iPod Music Service is ticked. I also tried to connect the iPod in different USB ports without any success. iTunes connects to the iPod without any problem.

I just noticed that when the iPod is plugged in it is appears for a few seconds in CT and then the connection is lost. If within these few seconds I select music I can see the album art but I don’t have enough time to select and play a song.

I have uninstall both “Apple Mobile Device” and “Apple Application Support” packages and I left installed only iTunes (which now it doesn’t work) and now CT works fine with my iPod. Obviously, there is a problem with iTunes v9.2 and its packages. Shall I try to find and install an older version of iTunes?

I manage to find the problem rolleyes . iTunes automatically disconnects the iPod just after synchronization is completed so CT cannot access it. To disable this I selected the Summary tab on the iPod device (in iTunes) and ticked the option “Enable Disk Usage”. This leaves the iPod connected and you have to eject it manually. grin

We just released a new version of CasaTunes that should fix this.
Go to http://www.casatunes.com/downloads.
