Casatunes behaving stangely since reinstallation

Hello,

I have Casatunes 2.60.100224 and Nuvo GC 2.56.

While trying to configure sync for iTunes, I reinstalled CasaTunes over the existing setup. Since then, I have a problem with the volumes. While listening to a source (tuner or server music), as soon as I touch the volume of a zone (up or down), it goes mute, or it can go down only, not up. The volume indicator shows zero on the keypads and the iPhone. The only way to bring back the sound is to turn the zone off and on again.

The problem is present everywhere (Nuvo keypads, CasaTunes web interface, iPhone).

Any idea?

Hello Jean-Robert,

We are very sorry about this issue and are trying to find an easier fix.  For some reason the NuVo Configuration is being corrupted.  To fix the issue:
1.  You need to stop CasaTunes
2.  Attach the serial port from the PC to the nuvo, then pull the config from the nuvo system
3.  Go into the zones in the configurator and reset the max volume in each zone to 0db also make sure that all of the sources you are used are checked off at the bottom of the window.  It will give you an error the first time you do this cancel out of the zone and then try again and it will let you make the change the second time.  Do this for all of the zones.
4.  Next reload the config to the nuvo and then reattach the nuvonet adapter and start casatunes.
