When I launch the Radio Station manager the Internet Radio Category is empty. If I export the entries there are many there and I can see them in the web UI… but the manager is empty. How can I get this to show the entries that are there so I can modify the list?

You use the RadioManager to add and edit your own custom Internet Radio stations.  The radio stations you are seeing in the UI are obtained from SHOUTcast and are not available for editing.

So its normal to open up radiomanager and have no stations available to hide? There should be no entries visable in there by default?

Thanks for the clarification. Is there any way to only display a certain set of shoutcast radio stations in the web gui? There are alot that come by default. Are the unwanted stations hidable?
