Hi, I had two questions. One is, it seems like every time the control key is pressed in the web browser interface it goes back to the previous song (which makes it very inconvenient if you use (ctrl+tab) to switch windows), why is that? Also, it appears that every time that the queue reaches the end it deletes itself (including when using the shuffle mode when it shuffles to the last song in the queue), why does that happen?

Hi Tim,
You are right about the Control key. This has never been reported before, but I can see that it is a nuisance. I will talk to the software guys and see what we can do.
I am looking into the queue issue. If I understand you correctly, once you have created a play queue and listened to it once (no repeat mode) you would like to go back to it and hit play to have it all play again.

I guess I misunderstood the feature, if the repeat function is all that needs to be enabled for the queue to not slowly erase itself then thats fine. That would make sense. You answered my question. Thank you very much!
