cannot sync, cannot access downloadable guide

ok, new system, new user, 2 months later can’t itune sync, can’t work this out, surely a simple solution if i only ask:? , i get :cannot find a network path, so the sync window skips 1406 songs and simply doesn’t work. i try to get info from the ‘downloads’ page under the support for pc users to play itune music and simply can’t download the info, some error keeps stopping it.

please help

I changed my username on the CasaTunes server and now CasaTunesSync does not work

If you change the username that you use to logon to your CasaTunes server, CasaTunesSync will not find the correct folder to do its thing. To fix this, simply open CasaTunes Setup, click on the iTunes Plus tab and change the path in the “CasaTunesSync” folder box.
For example, if your username was “topgun” and you changed it to “casauser”, you will change the entry in “CasaTunesSync folder” from C:UserstopgunMusicCasaTunes to C:UserscasauserMusicCasaTunes

WHS 2011, Itunes and CasaTunesSync

Is it possible to run WHS 2011, CasaTunes, Itunes and CasaTunesSync in the same machine?
I am thinking about installing WHS 2011 in my server (running Windows 7 now), but I have to have all three together.

Output Music Digitally

I’m considering purchasing your software and using it with a PC that would have a soundcard that has a digital out in addition to the typical 5.1 analog outputs. The 5.1 output would be used with my Russound CAV to send it multiple analog streams/sources. However, I’d like to send the digital feed from the PC soundcard to my main listening room which is not a zone on the CAV 6.6, and which has an excellent digital to analog processor. That way, I could use the outboard processor rather than the PC card to get better quality audio for my main listening room.

Currently I am able to do this with an Escient Fireball that is my (dying) music server. Does CasaTunes support digital as well as analog output?

Spotify Music not streaming from XLi card output

I have downloaded latest version of casatunes and configured it but the when I choose the source as spotify the music is coming from the computer audio card and not directed to the XLi card output so I cannot hear it in any rooms.

Can you please help?

Itunes Sync issue version 3.0.0

Casa tunes has been working fine for months now. Today I installed Homeseer, downloaded and installed Casatunes sync 3.0.0, also added some “flac” music files to Itunes. When I try to use the CasaTunes Sync for Itunes 3.0.0, I get the following error.

Server encountered an internal error, for more information turn off customErrors in the servers .config file.

I didn’t install any updates to my server just my media computer that Itunes runs on.
What should I do to get it to sync?

I have having trouble with the iTunes sync on my pc. I am running the latest version of casatunes (downloaded last night). In the setup utility it is set to sync the entire library, not the specific playlists option. It will sync new songs, but not new playlists.

Do I still need to run the separate castunessync application?

Casatunes sync after Itunes Match Setup issue

My Casatunes installation is on a dedicated Win7 PC in an otherwise Apple household. On the main iMac I enabled iTunes Match and went through the upload process, etc. On the Casatunes PC I enabled iTunes Match in iTunes and had it replace the library on the machine. I had previously wiped the machine of all audio files, downloaded all “purchased” on iTunes content, restarted machine and verified that Casatunes Sync worked properly.

After setting up iTunes match, and restarting the Casatunes PC, Casatunes failed to start, however, I was able to manual start the service. However, I continuously get an “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” whenever I attempt to run Casatunes Sync? And the process simply hangs ...
