Hi

I am having a problem with my casatunes 2.7 install on Windows XP SP3.

For some reason the service is not starting following a reboot. If I try and start it manually it never completes the startup.

The system has been running for weeks without any problems. The only change has been the routine XP security patches.

Regards

After installing the latest CasaTunes I have found that any time the CasaTunes service restarts, any queues that were playing Windows Music now have a huge number of songs in them, possible my entire library. It seems it used to maintain the queue items.
For example, I have queue with 400+ songs and another with only 20+. After restarting, they both have 900+ songs in them.

Any help appreciated.

Need some help.

I just updated to the latest Csatunes 2.9 as well as the new iTunes 10.4.0.80. When I try and run the CasaTunes Sync for iTunes I get the following error:

Failed to parse iTunes Music Library

Unable to cast object of type ‘System.Xml.XmlDeclaration’ to type ‘System.Xml.XmlElement’

Not sure what I am doing wrong. It was all working perfectly before the upgrades. I did reboot to no effect. The system otherwise appears to be working fine. The Albums, artists are all showing up just not the playlists.

Thanks for the help.

Hi

I have installed casatunes server on windows 7 ultimate with latest updates under a vmware workstation with bridged network (has its own IP). I can access the server from the host computer but not from devices and computers on the home WLAN network (PING is working and I can see the computer on the network).
I have checked the firewall settings and they seem ok and even disabled it but it does not help. What else can I check?
