Hi, I had two questions. One is, it seems like every time the control key is pressed in the web browser interface it goes back to the previous song (which makes it very inconvenient if you use (ctrl+tab) to switch windows), why is that? Also, it appears that every time that the queue reaches the end it deletes itself (including when using the shuffle mode when it shuffles to the last song in the queue), why does that happen?

Thanks for your response in advance,

-Tim

If you change the username that you use to logon to your CasaTunes server, CasaTunesSync will not find the correct folder to do its thing. To fix this, simply open CasaTunes Setup, click on the iTunes Plus tab and change the path in the “CasaTunesSync” folder box.
For example, if your username was “topgun” and you changed it to “casauser”, you will change the entry in “CasaTunesSync folder” from C:\Users\topgun\Music\CasaTunes to C:\Users\casauser\Music\CasaTunes

Hi

I am having a problem with my casatunes 2.7 install on Windows XP SP3.

For some reason the service is not starting following a reboot. If I try and start it manually it never completes the startup.

The system has been running for weeks without any problems. The only change has been the routine XP security patches.

Regards

Hi,

And as I think Casatunes is a great Multiroom System, i would like to know if there are any plans to developpe a Smart TV App (f.ex. for LG, Panasonic ... TVs)

I would be great to control the system from TV.

Hello,

I am currently using an Onkyo recevier on one of my zones with the Russound CAV6.6 and Uno S2 keypad. It seems that the volume button on the keypad still control the CAV volume, but not the receiver volume directly. However, the CasaTunes web UI and the apps control the receiver volume directly.

Is there a way to have the keypad control the receiver volume directly? I have set the fixed volume output option in the advanced zone setup, but it does not seem to enable this.

Thanks!

Any chance you will be looking at creating drivers for casatunes to integrate with URC’s new Total Control IP products? I am planning on moving to their new total control platform and it would be nice not to have to buy their streaming network player for complete integration. It would also give URC clients control of Casatunes via the remotes.
