Our products come with a one year limited warranty to the original user of the CasaTunes product(receipt is necessary) against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or installation. Within the first 30 days CasaTools will replace the product with a new item. After the first 30 days, upon return of a defective product to CasaTools, CasaTools will repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product, at CasaTools' discretion. CasaTools is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. If a defect does occur, contact customer service at 1-888-855-2272 ext.2 or e-mail us at support to receive a RMA.
